With this Privacy Notice, in our capacity as Data Controller, we wish to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (“ETK”).
Your identity (name, surname), contact (mobile phone number, e-mail address) and transaction security (consent records, IP address, pixel tags, clickstream, traffic data) information is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the legal bases of (i) being expressly provided for by law, (ii) being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and (iii) being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; for the purposes of responding to your request appropriately, contacting you, conducting cooperation and application processes and fulfilling administrative and legal obligations.
Where you have given your explicit consent, your data may also be processed for the purposes of conducting corporate communication and promotional activities, informing you by telephone, SMS, e-mail and digital channels to the extent you have permitted, and carrying out statistical studies.
In accordance with the fundamental principles of the KVKK and its Articles 8–9, and where your explicit consent exists, your personal data may be transferred to our domestic and international suppliers, service providers and business partners from whom we receive services or consultancy and who are bound by confidentiality obligations, and to legally authorised public institutions and organisations.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, to learn whether it is being processed, to request its rectification or erasure, and to object to its processing.

Your identity (name, surname), contact (telephone, e-mail) and the education, work experience and qualification information you include in your CV are processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, on the legal bases of being directly related to the conclusion of a contract and of legitimate interest, for the purposes of evaluating your application, conducting recruitment processes and contacting you.
Your application may be considered by all of our group companies; your data is retained so that we can contact you when a suitable position arises.
We kindly ask you not to include special categories of personal data in your CV, such as health information, religion, sect, political opinion, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, criminal convictions and biometric data. Such data is not requested by us.
Your application data is retained for a reasonable period for the evaluation of your application and for positions that may arise in the future; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, and to object to its processing.
